Founded by Kalaiselvan, Annapoorna Restaurant has been a cornerstone of authentic South Indian vegetarian cuisine in Singapore for over five decades. What began as a humble tiffin kitchen in Little India has grown into one of Singapore's most beloved Indian dining destinations — all without ever compromising on purity or tradition.
Every dish at Annapoorna is a tribute to the rich culinary heritage of Tamil Nadu. Our chefs craft each recipe from scratch using time-honoured techniques — stone-ground batters, slow-cooked gravies, and whole spices sourced directly from South India. From our legendary Ghee Masala Roast to the grand Tanjore Thali, every plate tells a story of care, culture, and craftsmanship.
